Bedroom

Organize your linens by grouping all matching pieces together. Fold the flat sheet two times lengthwise; fold the fitted sheet the same, and place on top. Then, fold the pillowcases one time and place on top. Then, roll it all together and place in your closet. No more mess!

Bathroom

Sick of mildew build up on your shower curtain? Before hanging the liner, or curtain, soak it in a salt water solution!

Want to freshen up? Place a dab of scented oil on the light bulb. When you turn on the light, the heat will allow the scent to release into the room.

Forget the special scented garbage bags! Just place a dryer sheet in the wastebasket. While you are at it, throw a couple extra bags and twist ties in as well. This way, everything you need is there!

Kitchen

Want your glasses to be streak-free? Add a little vinegar to the final rinse water!

Get rid of soap film build up in your dishwasher by running 1 cup of white vinegar through an entire cycle.

Stainless steel stained with water spots? Rub a rag with white vinegar, and watch them disappear!

Clutter Control

Store your unused clothing in a plastic storage container. If, after a few months, you find you do not miss them, donate them to the city mission.

Have your children go through their clothing or toys twice a year. Have them donate what they do not want any more, and reward them with one new toy.

Stubborn Stains

Ring Around the Collar:
Rub shampoo into the stain and wash.

Gum:
Harden with an ice cube and scrape away with a dull knife.

Blood:
-Apply Hydrogen Peroxide and allow to bubble.
Afterwards, wipe the stain away.
-Rinse with cold water. Add a paste of water and
cornstarch. Allow to dry and brush off.
